To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, i1kiss and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, connection interruptions, or errors in data transmission.
i1kiss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any member account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there is reasonable belief that a member has violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.
Members who wish to close their i1kiss account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team via Live Chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to active wagering requirements) will be refunded to the member's verified payment method.

Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email notification or a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days prior to the amendments taking effect, except where urgent operational or regulatory requirements necessitate immediate change.
Your continued use of the i1kiss platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date.
